Talk About Food Waste by the Embassy of Denmark
Al Ismaelia for Real Estate Investment, in collaboration with the Embassy of Denmark in Egypt, hosted a rooftop talk at La Viennoise on food waste and food loss. Rasmus Erichsen from Stop Spild Lokalt shared the journey of his now major Danish non-profit initiative, followed by a panel discussion featuring Cairo experts Dr. Hala Barakat and Moustafa Elrefaey from Zooba. The event highlighted the importance of sustainable consumption and emphasized that reducing food waste is a shared responsibility across the entire food chain.
