Cairo Design Week 2025

From November 23 to 29, Downtown Cairo takes center stage, transforming its Belle Époque architecture and lively cityscape into a platform where past and present merge through design. Hosting the festival for the second year in a row, Downtown reaffirms its place as a cultural cornerstone of the event.

Cairo Design Week presented an immersive installation by MORPH+ in collaboration with the Society of Play: “Seriously Swinging”. The project featured a kinetic seesaw structure placed within a striking architectural interior, exploring the interplay of gravity, play, and form. Visitors were invited to engage directly with the space, creating a unique physical and experiential dialogue. The installation was hosted at one of Al Ismaelia for Real Estate Development’s iconic venues, highlighting the company’s commitment to supporting innovative cultural and design initiatives in Downtown Cairo.
