After acquiring the Cinema Radio building in 2009, we envisioned Cinema Radio being a diverse multi-purpose hub for business and culture. The building now welcomes SIP, a specialty coffee shop, originally established in Gemmayzeh in October 2017.

Currently, the building hosts multiple screenings, events and also has office and retail spaces available for rent.
