Al Ismaelia for Real Estate Investment acquired the building in 2009 to revive the legacy location. It was then transformed into a mixed-use complex catering for business clients, tenants, and art enthusiasts. The complex now hosts multiple screenings and events, and also has office and retail spaces available for rent.
