We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated Senior Architect to lead the design and coordination of complex architectural projects from concept through completion. In this role, you will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and teams while ensuring high-quality design outcomes and regulatory compliance. You will collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to deliver innovative, functional, and sustainable architectural solutions. This position requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and excellent communication skills to guide multidisciplinary teams and maintain project alignment at every stage.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Oversee the full architectural project lifecycle—from conceptual design through construction completion—ensuring alignment with client goals, timelines, and budgets.
• Team Coordination: Lead and collaborate with design teams, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders across all project phases.
• Design Oversight: Guide the development of design concepts and review detailed construction documents to ensure design intent and technical accuracy.
• Client Engagement: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, facilitating effective communication, presenting design solutions, and managing expectations.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all designs and documentation comply with applicable building codes, zoning laws, ADA requirements, and other regulations.
• Quality Control: Conduct design and technical reviews to ensure high standards of design excellence and constructability.
• Construction Administration: Participate in site visits, review submittals and RFIs, and coordinate responses to field conditions during construction.
• Documentation Management: Maintain accurate records, including meeting minutes, project schedules, change orders, and progress reports.
• Problem Solving: Address and resolve complex design, technical, and construction challenges efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications & General Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture. Minimum of 7 years of professional architectural experience, including project coordination and leadership responsibilities. Demonstrated experience managing projects from design through construction.

Strong knowledge of design documentation, construction methods, building systems, and regulatory compliance. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project (or similar project management tools), Adobe Creative Suite, 3D design tools (3Ds MAX, SketchUp…) and Revit.  Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.  Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and verbal/written communication skills.
