Facilities Manager

The Facilities Manager is responsible for managing the current facility management department and provide required maintenance, cleaning, security services for current and future tenants. The facilities manager will be the interface between Al Ismaelia and its current and future tenants. The candidate shall have the ability to manage required maintenance, cleaning, repairs and refurbishment needed for all events, photoshoots and filming related to the marketing or Dakhli West El Balad. Further to the previous, the department will be responsible for overseeing of all installation, repair and upkeep operations of the company properties/venues to ensure that they meet health and safety standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering.
• 7-10 years of experience in Residential/ Commercial Facility Management.
• Experience in planning maintenance operations.
• Working knowledge of facilities machines and equipment.
• Solid understanding of technical aspects of facility maintenance.
• Fluent verbal and written Arabic and English languages.
